5 reasons why you should join the Agiloft Community
Learn more about the central hub of resources, education, and connection for Agiloft. Our new community experience is one you need to check out!

When working day in and day out to ensure that contracts are in order, contractual obligations are being met, and all risky language has been removed from your contracts, sometimes you just need a minute to feel connected to others. And what better folks to connect to than your fellow Agiloft customers? Whether they’re in your same industry, your same role, or even have no similarities other than you both work in the Agiloft platform, you can be a vital resource for each other.
With that in mind, we’ve reimagined the Agiloft Community, our community site that serves as both a resource hub and a gathering place. It’s designed for Agiloft users to connect directly with peers, exchange ideas, and learn from one another and the A-Team. Whether you’re looking for best practices, fresh perspectives, or solutions from fellow practitioners, the Agiloft Community is built to make those conversations easier to find and richer to engage in.
Here are 5 reasons why the Agiloft Community is for you:
1. Advice
You know that friend that just really gets you? The one that has experienced a lot of the same things you have? The Agiloft Community is where you can connect with professionals that use the same tools you use, are trying to solve the same problems as you, and have probably found a trick or two that you haven’t thought of.
The Support portal is always there to help you when you get stuck and have a technical problem. But your question may be more open-ended like: “Does anyone have experience in this type of workflow?” or “Has anyone built an AI agent that does this?” This is where you turn to the Community for answers.
2. Events (online and off!)
What is a community without coming together? Agiloft is pleased to announce Ask Me Anything (AMA) events that highlight the movers and shakers from within Agiloft answers all your burning questions! Popularized first on Reddit, the format is simple: we’ll post in the Agiloft Community announcing a Subject Matter Expert (SME) who will answer your questions on a certain date and time. Submit questions ahead of time on that Community post, and the SME will answer those questions live, in addition to any new questions you may have. Ask about product, strategic direction, plans, events, anything! This is the time to put your Agiloft SME in the hotseat.
Agiloft AMAs occur every other month and our first one will be held on October 15th with Andy Wishart, Agiloft’s Chief Product Officer. Be on the lookout for the announcement, only available in the Agiloft Community, at the beginning of October. (Our popular coffee chats occur in the off months of AMA, so there are exciting interactions available every month!)
But that isn’t all. Online spaces are powerful, but nothing replaces meeting face-to-face. That’s why we’re doubling down on in-person experiences. From events at the conferences you already know and love, to smaller, regional events in your own backyard, we’re creating more opportunities to build connections and community where you live and work. These gatherings aren’t just for Agiloft customers, they’re for the wider legal, legal ops, and legal tech communities, too.
3. Connections
Now that you have a place where you can find your “birds of a feather,” folks who are asking questions that coincide with exactly what you’ve been thinking, how do you form direct connections with them? Easy! If you see a topic of conversation in the Agiloft Community that interests you, just click on the contributor’s name and click “Connect.” Or you can go to the person’s profile and click “Add a contact.” Easy as that. Then you’ll be able to directly message them and get more engagement in your community!
4. Training
There is so much training available at Agiloft University and the best part is that it’s free! And there’s always an access point to Agiloft University through the Community. We are pleased to announce a new training series, Live Labs, that highlights a different Agiloft platform capability every month. Don’t miss out on our first one, “How to use Prompt Lab and writing prompts,” on September 18th from 12:00 – 12:30 p.m. ET. You’ll only find out about the monthly Live Labs through the Community so make sure you’re in the know and join today
5. AI education and tools
AI is the main topic of many business conversations, and now you have a channel dedicated to Agiloft’s AI capabilities and how they’re being used effectively, as well as a place to ask questions and share all your thoughts about AI and CLM. (If you haven’t heard about all the AI capabilities that are now included in the core platform, watch our informative webinar and reach out to your CSM to get scheduled today!)
Much more to come
We are just getting started with this Community relaunch! We’re rollingout an exciting roster of initiatives over the coming months with new programs, fresh content, and creative ways to engage with Agiloft. Our goal is to keep building a community that’s not only valuable but also inspiring.
The Agiloft Community has always been about more than software. It’s about people, customers, SMEs, and industry peers who come together to share insights, solve challenges, and push the future of contract lifecycle management forward. We’re excited o share what’s new and what’s next, and we hope you are, too.
