Women’s Interests Group (WIG)
A community to build supportive relationships with and between the women at Agiloft. We drive women’s interest initiatives and educate our staff on how best to support women in the workforce and in tech.
Mental Wellness Group
This group fosters an environment where people can discuss their lived experiences and find community, explore company initiatives to support mental wellness, and promote mental wellness within our teams.
LGBTQ+ Support Group
This is a space where members of the LGBTQ+ employees and their supporters can build a community, discuss relevant topics, celebrate achievements, and explore opportunities for advocacy and calls-to-action for social change.
Black Agiloft Employees (BAE)
The BAE group empowers and uplifts their fellow Black colleagues, helping them to embrace their unique identities and achieve their fullest potential. They are driving transformative change and fostering a culture of inclusivity and belonging.
Brains Raising Awareness in Neurodiversity (BRAIN)
Provides a space for neurodiverse individuals to create and share resources for the community to ensure we are continuously thinking about ways to improve our organization.
