All of us at Agiloft are budding with excitement to announce a new suite of enhancements to the Agiloft platform. With the 2019 Spring Release, we focused on increasing usability and productivity with new data analysis tools and navigation as well as with new advanced platform features and integrations. Whether using Agiloft for Contract Management, IT Service Management, or as a custom workflow application, these new enhancements will help you further streamline your business processes and improve your overall Agiloft experience.
Below is a summary of some of the new features. If you would like more detailed information about these enhancements please read the Release Notes or refer to the What’s New page in the Agiloft Help Wiki.
Usability enhancements

We have added Heat bars to aid productivity and make numeric data easier to read at a glance. This will make it lot easier to see proportions, show the progress of a task or approval workflow, or quickly check the status of other documents or processes.
Singleton checkboxes have also been added to the interface. These can be used to trigger rules, hide fields, or represent a true or false statement.
The new expanded table view now displays images, as seen below:
Also, the expanded table view includes summary popovers to quickly analyze and edit record data.
New record forms provide fresh customizations for records including a left- or right-aligned common area, save and cancel without scrolling, icons in relationship diagrams, and more.
New report actions let users run reports directly from records, using information from the record as a run-time input.
Improvements to navigation
New improvements to navigation enable users to open individual records from hyperlinks and utilize shortcuts for Last Opened and My Assigned, reducing time spent accessing some of your most viewed and edited records.
Advanced features
This spring we are excited to release AI-based metadata extraction, which will pull metadata from PDF files and scanned images using Intelligent OCR to rapidly reduce the time spent creating new records from existing documents.
Also, our improved Salesforce integration now accommodates Custom Salesforce Objects for increased flexibility between Agiloft and Salesforce.
