Reintroducing: Agiloft. Reintroducing: the handshake.

Let’s get to work. Let’s reintroduce the human contract, the commitment we’ve made to one another.

New year, new you… new Agiloft!

As we enter a new calendar year, you may have noticed things look different around here. And that’s because they are! Today, we’re excited to share with you our new, updated look and feel – a “rebrand,” in Marketing speak.

Why the glow-up? Well, we’ve been listening to what you have to say about working with us, and we’ve realized it’s high time our image reflected just how far we’ve come and the values we imbue as an organization.

Some are big changes, like our brand-new website, and others are smaller (who noticed the interconnected letters in our logo?), but all are aimed at helping us better communicate what we’re so passionate about: you.

We’ve consistently heard from customers that the best part of working with us is our people. With that in mind, we took the time to truly listen to our employees’ thoughts on what makes us who we are  – and our employees had a lot to say. The commonalities that bubbled to the surface formed a set of values that we all hold dear at Agiloft: collaboration, customer empowerment, diversity, and kindness. At the core of these values is a deep respect and value for the humans we work with every day, including you, our co-workers, partners, and customers.

With those values in mind, we adjusted and updated almost everything, from our logo to our color palette, to better represent this human-centric approach. We brought our stack symbol to life to reflect this emphasis on humanity, giving it a deeper meaning that reflects our agility, flexibility, and responsiveness. The stacking bars evoke data-stacks, contracts, documents, and more importantly, the digits of a human hand.

As a tech company in the fast-growing CLM space, it can be tempting for us to share the specifications, capabilities, and nitty gritty details of our sophisticated, enterprise-class software. But something was lost in that approach. We may work with contracts, but the most important contract we keep is the human contract, the commitment we have to each other

CLM isn’t just about software or a series of ones and zeros; it’s about transforming the fundamental building blocks of commerce, the way agreements get made, tracked, used, and leveraged. It’s about partnering with organizations that are ready to embrace the adoption of AI, the newest frontier. It’s about building solutions that act as a force multiplier – rather than replacement – for hardworking legal professionals like you.

Yes, Agiloft is a company, but behind the name and logo, we are a passionate group of humans dedicated to helping other humans like yourself thrive. We want you to be successful, and we know that you can be with our software.

Agiloft has gone from being a scrappy Silicon Valley startup to a globally recognized software leader. We’ve been named a Leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for CLM for four consecutive years and a 2023 Leader in the Forrester Wave for Contract Life Cycle Management. With more than 800 customers across dozens of industries, we carry a 99.6% success rate for implementations and a 97% customer retention score.

We tell you all of this not to brag, but because we are proud of our data-first agreement platform – and because it’s our customers’ successes  that keep us progressing to the next level.

With our people pact, we promise two things that will never waver:

First, we promise to stick with you. The journey doesn’t end at implementation, it’s only just begun.  We’re not going anywhere, even when faced with the toughest of contracting challenges. We will work diligently to ensure that our software makes you wildly successful. We are your “happily ever after” people.

And last, but not least, we promise that we won’t fail. Don’t just take our word for it – listen to what our customers have to say. We are proven, trusted providers in this space, and we are ready to use our expertise to help you shine.

So,

Reintroducing: Agiloft. Reintroducing: the handshake.
