Agiloft comes out with new releases twice a year. New releases always include several new functions and enhancements, as well as bug fixes. They never overwrite customizations, and new options are not automatically made active to avoid changes to existing customer systems. Customers with a support contract can download the latest Agiloft upgrade.
Hosted servers are upgraded with a new release once it is stable and all regressive bugs are fixed. Customers on dedicated servers may control the timing of the upgrade on their server by contacting their sales representative.
