He advises top corporations, governments, and academic bodies, as well as acting as expert witness and conducting major research studies related to supply management, legal, and sales contracting. As the founder and president of the International Association for Contract & Commercial Management (IACCM), a New York-based nonprofit, he has developed an organization with over 60,000 members across 176 countries and more than 18,000 corporations.

Serving as chief research officer and managing director at Spend Matters and Azul Partners, Pierre leads research and content development that empowers organizations to build next-generation intelligent value networks.

Eric Laughlin

Eric is the Global Leader of the Legal Managed Services (LMS) practice at EY with more than 1,000 legal professionals working around the globe on contract lifecycle management, regulatory mapping and research, managed document review, and entity compliance and governance. Before joining EY as a part of the acquisition of Pangea3 (Thomson Reuters Legal Managed Services), he served corporate legal departments for 12 years across various businesses for Thomson Reuters. He was general manager for businesses providing content (e.g. Westlaw legal research), software (e.g. Serengeti e-billing), and services (e.g. Pangea3). He also held a post in Thomson Reuters global strategy organization.

Hardeep Chaggar

A hybrid skillset and transformative engagement approach has allowed Hardeep to build his career across the globe over the past 25 years in supply chain, operations excellence and organization restructuring.

Hardeep has lead challenging and complex transformations as a senior level executive in a multitude of organizations including General Electric, Smiths Aerospace, JP Morgan, Canadian Helicopters Corporation and Fraser Health Authority. In 2015 Hardeep made a shift in his career to lead the development of Supply Chain Technologies and Robotic Process Automation platforms. He drives value based outcomes by using his approach of vulnerability, transparency and zero constraints creating a collaborative and agile environment.

Hardeep is dedicated to serving the community through innovation. In 2013 he cofounded Bizhacks providing a unique hackathon platform where students and industry build solutions for real world problems.

Rebecca Thorkildsen

Rebecca Thorkildsen advises and directs the development of Legal Solutions for large multinational EY Legal Managed Services clients. Rebecca brings over 20 years of experience in law department management and technology consulting to EY Law’s clients. She serves as a strategic advisor to legal leadership and operations teams considering legal transformation and where legal managed services may be a means to achieving mission critical business objectives such as cost savings, efficiency improvements and legal resource optimization in delivery of legal services. Her specialization is architecting contract management and compliance solutions. She helps clients to identify appropriate work to be outsourced, improve upon current work processes, utilize technology to support operations and measure performance of new solutions.

Todd Westersund
ASM International N.V.

Todd Westersund has worked for the past 20 years as an in-house attorney for ASM International N.V., a global manufacturer of semiconductor capital equipment for chemical deposition. He provides legal advice and litigation management to ASMI and its worldwide subsidiaries (including ASM America, ASM Japan, ASM Korea, ASM Europe, and ASM Front-End Manufacturing Singapore). This includes regularly updating upper management on current legal issues. He's also responsible for enforcing legal and the contract review and approval policy.

Stephanie Santander

Stephanie currently holds the position of Director, Programs & Contracts at CDW, where she’s been happily employed for over 21 years. She is responsible for a team of over 70+ coworkers who focus on Statements of Work (SOWs), Supplier Diversity and Contract Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Invitations to Bid (ITBs). Prior to this role, Stephanie served as part of the Integration Management Office (IMO) during CDW’s acquisition of CDW UK, then Kelway. Additionally, she has 13+ years leadership experience leading various groups at CDW within supply chain and customer support functions.

Giuseppe N. Hormigos is a Field Reliability Manager at Lattice Semiconductor and has 20 years of experience in the Semiconductor Failure Analysis Industry. He frequently presents in technical conferences for the semiconductor industry and academia. Besides failure analysis, he is a proponent of continuous improvement by conducting classes for the program and has also previously worked on a project for business process re-engineering as a consultant.

Patrick Farrell

Patrick Farrell is the Business/Financial Analyst at Project HOME, a nonprofit housing and services provider in Philadelphia, PA serving the formerly homeless and low-income populations. Patrick is responsible for optimizing Project HOME’s business processes using the latest technology and workflow analysis. Patrick has 20+ years of experience in the fintech space.

Courtney Hexham

Courtney Hexham is the Manager of Legal and Compliance Operations at Hagerty, a large auto insurance agency, and is responsible for the Legal, Compliance & Risk Management Department’s people, processes, and technology. Her areas of focus include financial management, outside counsel and vendor oversight, process and project management, system and tool implementation and optimization, as well as metrics and department strategy.

Ellen Borowiak
Saint Louis University

Ellen Borowiak is the Contracts Program Manager for Saint Louis University (“SLU”) and has spent the past two years configuring Agiloft for a diverse academic setting and onboarding the campus community. Her responsibilities at SLU also include negotiating university-wide business agreements, drafting and issuing requests for proposals, and cultivating and maintaining relationships with both university vendors and internal customers.

Cameron Delay
SEIU 775 Benefits Group

Cameron Delay is a Sr. Administrative Assistant for SEIU 775 Benefits Group, a Washington State non-profit organization providing training, health care, and retirement benefits for more than 50,000 home care workers throughout the Pacific Northwest, and has worked directly for the General Counsel and Sr. Director of Trust Operations for the past three years. He is focused on innovating administrative processes within the organization to alleviate administrative burdens and help facilitate a smooth workflow for staff to complete these tasks with ease. Cameron earned two degrees from the University of Massachusetts – Amherst in Communication and Psychology, and he enjoys exploring the Pacific Northwest in his downtime.

Quintana Patterson
Jeffco Public School district

Quintana Patterson is a Senior Information Security Analyst at Jeffco Public School district in Golden, CO and has been in the IT industry since 1995. Quintana moved into information security after working in the public education sector where she worked closely with the HIPAA and privacy officers at a state agency. There she realized the importance of IT because she had to consistently remind employees to lock their workstations and to never write down passwords.

She has 15 years of experience contributing to public and nonprofit sectors and brings a keen understanding of the middle ground between management and labor. Her approach yields creative solutions to complex issues with a balance of streamlined processes and desired outcomes. Exploring her budding interest in software implementations is a newfound adventure she looks forward to continuing.

Paul Gamble

Paul Gamble is the Contract Administrator for the Inland Group of Companies which is comprised of Inland Technologies, Integrated Deicing Services and Quantem Aviation Services. Paul has been with the company for over 24 years, and in his current position for 5 years. Inland implemented Agiloft’s Contract Management Suite in the Fall of 2016 to control the ever-growing list of contracts and Paul has been a happy administrator of the system since day one.

Gustavo leverages a cross-functional background in finance, operations, risk management, and leadership to drive process and service transformation across multiple business functions and industries. Over the past 15 years Gus has been part of, and led, high functioning teams in Aviation, Retail, Marketing, and Healthcare. In his recent role as Transformation Director, Gus was an integral part of large complex projects including leading the operationalization of new hospital builds, consolidation of provincial warehouses, and integration of disparate ERP and EHR clinical systems. Gus currently serves as the Knowledge Translation Director at Fraser Health Authority, where he leads a dynamic team partnering with clinical operations to implement innovate solutions to support the effectiveness of service delivery to the front lines.

David Shanteler

With a demonstrated history of working in the software industry, David has proven experience in Sales, Business Alliances, Enterprise Software, Business Development, and Partner Management. An entrepreneurship professional, David holds a degree from University of Massachusetts at Lowell.

With a background in data science and business analytics, Umair specializes in the complex relationships between data and modern business. In his current role as Project Manager at Sequent, Umair leads the development and launch of the BizXSecure platform for integrating Agiloft and ERP systems.

Colin Earl

Agiloft CEO and founder, Colin Earl, is a software industry veteran with over 25 years of experience as a developer, product manager, and CIO. Colin worked at IBM, General Electric, and three start-ups before founding Agiloft in 1991. His vision was to accelerate the building and deployment of enterprise business applications by removing the need for manual coding. Under his leadership, Agiloft has achieved this goal, creating a market segment for agile business software. Colin's focus is on growing a world-class team and aligning the interests of staff, partners, and customers. He has an engineering degree from Imperial College, and moved to Silicon Valley in 1986.


Christian Thun

With over 17 years of product development experience, Christian leads engineering at Agiloft. Prior to joining Agiloft, Christian worked on complex projects at startups and international corporations in the global IT, cloud computing, and telecommunications markets. Christian specializes in driving strategy and bringing innovations to market. He holds an MSc in International Strategic Marketing from the University of Reading.

Rob Desantis

Mr. DeSantis co-founded Ariba Corporation (SAP Ariba today), a provider of business to business e-commerce solutions that was one of the first B2B Internet companies to go public, and whose market capitalization reached more than $40 billion and today manages several trillion dollars of transactions, the largest in the world. He was also an early angel investor and board member of LinkedIn, the world’s largest professional online network. More recently, DeSantis served as an investor / advisor to a small portfolio of companies including Bloom Energy, AEye, Inc, HiQ Labs and currently Agiloft. Mr. DeSantis hold a BSME from the University of RI.

Alice Smith

Partner mentor and implementor Alice Smith has a special talent for creating a great user experience in Agiloft. After three years at the company, Alice has learned the ins and outs of the Agiloft platform and now shares her knowledge with new Agiloft partners, bringing them up to speed on Agiloft’s custom configurations and the fundamentals of designing a successful solution. She graduated from Simon Fraser University with a B.A. in psychology and worked at an engineering firm before joining Agiloft.

Craig Gordon

With more than 10 years at Agiloft and countless implementations under his belt, senior implementer Craig Gordon has an immense knowledge of the Agiloft platform. Craig is the host of our bi-annual new release presentations, regularly contributes to online chats, and on most days can be found solving the most complex implementation questions. He holds a master’s in mathematics from University of California Santa Cruz and worked as a teacher before joining Agiloft.
