Jennifer Schurer Coldiron, Director of Impact and Data Strategy at King County's Department of Community and Human Services, is recognized as Pacesetter of the Year: Operations. She has helped connect solicitations, contracting, and invoicing in Agiloft, bringing five divisions' grantmaking activities into a single system. With more than 6,000 contract records and $2.9 billion in payments processed since system launch in 2024, the department demonstrates operational transformation at significant scale.

Adam Wittenberg, Assistant VP / Sr. Product & Solutions Specialist at U.S. Bank, is recognized with the Force Multiplier award in connection with a collaborative initiative to enhance contract review processes. The team deployed an AI-powered validation solution that compares contract language against data entered in Agiloft and flags discrepancies for reviewers to resolve, helping improve data quality while maintaining human oversight. Teams also evaluated potential solutions, including AI-enabled capabilities within Agiloft Astra, with a focus on contract review support and governance-related processes aligned with organizational objectives.

Tanja Dammers, IT Manager Supply Chain at Shell, is recognized with the Value Creator award for Shell’s structured approach to procurement contracting. A governed library of approximately 4,000 approved clauses and fallback positions, combined with conditional templates, enables automated agreement assembly and more consistent contracting across a complex global business.

Jennifer Alexander, Finance Systems Director at the University of Missouri System, is recognized with the Guardian award for bringing multiple contracting groups, across the campuses and hospital, onto one approval model and system of record. Standardized templates have created consistency, and built-in controls enforce required approvals and signatures, strengthening accountability across the organization.

Samantha Bates, Global Legal Operations Leader at W. L. Gore & Associates, Inc., is recognized with a Champion award for sharing her expertise through speaking engagements, webinars, and customer conversations. From practical implementation advice to insights on AI and contracting, Samantha helps peers explore what is possible while contributing valuable feedback that informs Agiloft’s continued improvement.

Alyse Wilkinson, Senior Director, Global Legal Operations at WSP, is recognised with a Champion Award for sharing her experience with Agiloft and her broader industry expertise in contract lifecycle management. Drawing on her work supporting legal operations and contracting transformation, within a global organization, Alyse brings a practical perspective on connecting contracting improvements with broader business value. She has shared her experience through industry conferences, best-practice discussions with peers in other organizations, and on podcasts.

Tom Kelly, Senior Director, Digital Legal at Equinix, is recognized with a Champion award for sharing practical insight through customer events, industry speaking, and executive collaboration. His candid feedback on AI governance, product readiness, and business trust brings an enterprise perspective to Agiloft’s ongoing development and the broader contracting conversation.

Robin Wheeler, Director, IT Strategy & Operations at TKO, is recognized with a Champion award for advancing Agiloft across a complex business environment. She navigated parallel implementations, brought teams together, and maintained momentum through challenges. With three businesses now using the platform, Robin demonstrates how dedicated internal advocacy can turn a shared vision into meaningful progress.
