We are committed to your right to privacy. As a visitor to our website or user of our product, you deserve the ability to control the uses of your personal information. The Agiloft privacy statement discloses our privacy practices.
The Agiloft privacy statement is intended primarily for visitors to our website. We have adopted a separate Privacy for Hosted Customers statement to address the privacy needs of the customers of our hosted service.

Registration and Collection of Information
We offer visitors and users the option to voluntarily provide contact information at several different points on our website. For instance, in order to request a price quote, a demonstration, or to download a report, users must enter some contact information, such as their name, company, email and telephone number. We may also request information about the user’s job title, web site URL, and where they heard about our products, but providing this information is optional.
A website tracking tool at our website may also collect information about the number of users accessing specific pages at our website. This tracking tool may display the IP addresses of users who visit our site.
How Information is Used
Personal contact information is used in order to contact the user about the services for which they have expressed interest, and to provide users with efficient customer and sales support.
Basic demographic information, and information about how users have heard about our product, may be analyzed by our marketing staff to help us market our products more effectively.
Website tracking information may be analyzed to gauge the effectiveness of campaigns in terms of numbers of hits and pages viewed. This information is available only to our marketing employees and consultants and does not contain any specific user information.
Agiloft is the sole owner of the information collected on this site.
Use of Data from Google APIs. Agiloft’s use and transfer to any other application of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Providing User Information to Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share any personally identifiable or private customer information submitted online from individuals or companies with any third parties other than, if applicable, a Reseller or Services Partner.
We have relationships with Partners and they may work on Agiloft’s behalf to sell and support our products, and these Partners sign Partner Agreements with us. In the event that a Partner is referred, we may provide contact information received from individuals to a Partner, so they may follow up with further sales or customer support services.
The agreements signed by our Partners require them to abide by the terms of this privacy policy for any contact information received from us. In other words, if we provide contact information to a Partner, that Partner may not share that information with any third party and must use it only to provide sales and customer support services.

This website contains links to other websites. Please be aware that Agiloft is not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of each website that collects personally identifiable information. The Agiloft privacy statement applies solely to information collected at this website.
Support Knowledgebase
We provide online support to customers and to visitors. If you are a current customer or visitor, you may receive support by visiting our support site and logging in. This allows you to view our published FAQs and ask questions of our support personnel. Your questions and our answers may be published in the FAQs. However, others will have no way of knowing the individual that asked the question, as personal information will not be visible.
Marketing Communications
Opting Into Agiloft Marketing Communications. If a user wishes to be notified of new product releases, users may elect to either contact Agiloft at marketing@agiloft.com or opt-in to notifications by completing the appropriate information on one of the registration forms.
Opting Out of Agiloft Marketing Communication. If a user chooses to stop receiving marketing communication, the user can follow the “unsubscribe instructions” included in the marketing communication or contact marketing@agiloft.com.
Children
Agiloft products and services are for use by businesses and not for use by individuals under the age of eighteen (18). Agiloft will not knowingly collect information from minors without appropriate parental or guardian consent. If Agiloft becomes aware of information inadvertently collected from a minor, Agiloft will take prompt steps to delete it from all Agiloft systems.
Security
We take precautions to protect our customers’ information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, their information is protected both online and offline using standard security best practices such as firewalls and encryption. All servers are kept physically secure in world-class hosting data centers.
Financial Information
Credit card information is transferred using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption and is kept confidential and protected with the same care that we apply to our own credit cards. Credit card information is not shared with partners.
Updating Customer Information
We encourage our customers who are registered with our customer support service to update their personal information at any time by logging in and editing their user profile.
Other users may request that their contact information be modified or deleted by contacting us.

Agiloft Inc. complies with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework as set forth by the US Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use and retention of personal information transferred from the European Union to the United States. Agiloft, Inc. Privacy Shield Statement
In compliance with the Privacy Shield Principles, Agiloft, Inc. commits to resolve complaints about our collection or use of your personal information. EU individuals with inquiries or complaints regarding our Privacy Shield policy should contact Agiloft at: infosec@agiloft.com.
If Agiloft does not resolve your complaint, you may have the possibility to engage in binding arbitration through the Privacy Shield Panel.
Agiloft has further committed to cooperate with the panel established by the EU data protection authorities (DPAs) with regard to unresolved Privacy Shield complaints concerning human resources data transferred from the EU in the context of the employment relationship.
Individuals whose personal information is covered by this Privacy Shield Policy have the right to access the personal information that Agiloft maintains about them as specified. Individuals may contact us to correct, amend or delete such personal information if it is inaccurate or has been processed in violation of the Principles (except when the burden or expense of providing access, correction, amendment, or deletion would be disproportionate to the risks to the individual’s privacy, or where the rights of persons other than the individual would be violated). Agiloft’s commitments under the Privacy Shield are subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the United States Federal Trade Commission.
Agiloft may be required to disclose personal information in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.
An individual has the possibility, under certain conditions, to invoke binding arbitration for complaints regarding Privacy Shield compliance not resolved by any of the other Privacy Shield mechanisms. For details please visit https://www.privacyshield.gov/article?id=ANNEX-I-introduction.
Agiloft, Inc. does not, and will not, transfer personal information to third parties. Therefore, the provision of Privacy Shield regarding liability for the actions of agent processors does not apply.
Agiloft may update this Policy at any time by publishing an updated version here. We will not update this Privacy Shield Policy in contravention to the Principles so long as we remain certified to the Privacy Shield.
GDPR Compliance
The GDPR codifies the data privacy rights of not just EU citizens but also of anyone whose personal data is collected or processed in the EU. It puts new obligations on anyone who handles EU-based personal data. As a platform that customers may use to store and manage EU-based data, Agiloft meets the data protection standards defined by the GDPR for data processors. Agiloft is committed to clearly defining our responsibilities to our customers under GDPR as well as providing guidance to define customers’ responsibilities to their users while using our platform. The California Consumer Privacy Act codifies the data privacy rights of California residents. Agiloft complies with the CCPA and does not ‘sell’ (as defined by the CCPA) any Customer Information.
