REDWOOD CITY, CA–(Marketwired – Aug 9, 2016) – Agiloft, Inc., a trusted provider of agile business process software, today announced an expanded partner program and the industry’s highest incentives — including revenue margins of 35 percent or higher — to reseller partners of the company’s contract management software suite. In the past year, the program has grown 300 percent and is set to continue that trajectory, with ongoing interest from resellers across the globe.

The Agiloft suite of business applications, which is used by more than 2.5 million users in companies ranging from startups to Fortune 100 giants, is available in both on-premise and SaaS configurations. For on-premise sales, partners receive 35-45 percent of the sale amount. For Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) sales, partners receive their percentage every year that the customer renews a contract — and the percentage never decreases, regardless of the length of the contract. In addition, resellers retain 100 percent of the professional service revenue they source.

Expanding Partner and Customer Footprint

Agiloft’s long-standing partner based in New Zealand and focused on the ANZ region, SaaSam, recently closed a deal with Pacsafe. Pacsafe (formerly known as “Outpac Designs, Inc”) is a global manufacturer with several subsidiary companies. The company’s legal team in Hong Kong is using Agiloft contract management, with additional custom tables and reports to support management of its IP portfolio and renewal payments. Pacsafe uses Agiloft for reporting of active contracts and IP across the Pacsafe global group of companies, visibility and management of contract expirations and renewals, and of IP expirations and registrations.

A Puerto Rico-based partner and certified reseller, eliteBco, recently closed its sale with USAID as Agiloft meets FedRAMP standards for serving the federal government. USAID is a federally funded program, subject to FedRAMP compliance requirements, that works with foreign governments to end poverty and promote democracy. This partnership with Agiloft will offer eliteBco’s clients fully customized solutions in a matter of days rather than months, while still greatly reducing cost and future maintenance requirements.
