During this week’s installment of the Agiloft Webinar Series, we sat down with Heather Drouin, Staff Attorney at BISSELL Homecare, Inc., and Paul Branch, Chief Networking Officer at World Commerce and Contracting (WorldCC). Heather talked through the challenges of a small legal team struggling to manage contracts with email and spreadsheets and what the process was like once a contract management system was implemented at BISSELL. With a quick three-month implementation, BISSELL was able to automate its contracting process and bring multiple workflows into the system, including both revenue and expenditure contracts that flowed through the legal team’s review and approval process. They were also able to bring international offices into the system with minimal training.
