Agiloft brought home some hardware from this year’s 16th Annual American Business Awards. One of our core values is client focus, so we’re especially proud that our Customer Success team won a Gold Stevie® Award for “Customer Service Department of the Year.” In addition, Agiloft CEO Colin Earl won a Gold Steve® for “Entrepreneur of the Year” and our Agiloft no-code platform won a Silver Stevie® for “New Product or Service of the Year – Software – Platform as a Service.”
The American Business Awards recognize U.S. companies with outstanding performance in a variety of categories, and with over 3,700 nominations this year, winning three Stevie® awards is a big deal. As Michael Gallagher, president and founder of the Stevie Awards noted, “The nominations submitted for the 2018 American Business Awards were outstanding. The competition was intense, and those recognized as Stevie Award winners should be immensely proud of this accomplishment.”
These latest awards top a growing list of awards for the Agiloft team, solidifying the company’s place as an industry leader and validating Agiloft’s complete customer satisfaction guarantee.
Gold Stevie® for “Customer Service Department of the Year”

Agiloft earned a Gold Stevie® for “Customer Service Department of the Year” thanks to our all-star Implementation Team and its determination to understand customer business needs and workflows before configuring the system. Their experience implementing hundreds of systems and an approach that values transparency above all else help guide the customer to develop a detailed project plan that accurately accounts for any contingencies.
The ABA Judges loved that the Implementation Team had the stats to back up their claims. For example, Agiloft did not go over budget on a single implementation in 2017 and came in under budget on more than 90% of projects, earning Agiloft a rating of 97 percent for ease of doing business and a 99.6 percent success rate for implementations. The strength of our Implementation Team is the reason Agiloft is able to offer and deliver a complete satisfaction guarantee on both license and services.
Bridget Conrad, VP and head of professional services for Agiloft said, “Our entire business model is built on making our customers successful. Winning a Gold Stevie is a terrific achievement and I’m incredibly proud of our uniquely talented and dedicated customer success team.”
Gold Stevie® for “Entrepreneur of the Year” awarded to Agiloft CEO Colin Earl

Agiloft CEO Colin Earl also won a Gold Stevie® for “Entrepreneur of the Year” for his leadership in building an innovative, profitable company in Silicon Valley without outside funding. A pioneer in developing no-code technology for business applications, Earl nurtured a unique culture at Agiloft over the last two decades, which prioritized customer and employee needs over breakneck growth. This thoughtful growth has matured into a great place to work for employees, with unique benefits like monthly sales bonuses for all employees (not just sales) and weekly wine and cheese gatherings. For Earl, the proof is in the people:
“This award really belongs to Agiloft’s employees, who have proven that you can build a successful technology company in Silicon Valley without getting caught up in the ‘growth at all costs’ hype, and to our customers who have trusted us to deliver best-in-class software. I am humbled to accept this award on their behalf,” he said.
Silver Stevie® for “New Product or Service of the Year – Software – PaaS”

Lastly, our no-code platform won a Silver Stevie® for “New Product or Service of the Year – Software – PaaS.” The Agiloft platform placed for the second year in a row because it once again impressed the judges, who called it “a very useful tool for quickly delivering impactful business software” with “the potential to change the way IT does business.” That’s all thanks to Agiloft’s deep configurability, which allows us to quickly and effectively implement solutions based on virtually any workflow or business process.
