Manufacturer's Reps are independent consultants who introduce the product to potential buyers. They do not actually close the sale or provide post-sales support, but they are knowledgeable enough about the product to recognize when it may be a good fit for the customer.
For potential customers, they give a demo lasting between 3 and 15 minutes to confirm interest and provide a brief pricing overview.
How do I sign up to became a manufacturer's representative?
Click to register as a rep. Following regististration, you will receive an email with a login to the Partner Portal and the ability to view the status of leads that you have submitted.
What kind of demo do I need to give potential customers?
You need to give them a brief demo that illustrates enough of the product functionality to get them interested. The following 3 1/2 minute demo is enough to get many customers interested: View Workflow Demo.
Of course, the better the customer understands the product, the more likely the sale, and we will train you to give more advanced demos.
What equipment do I need to give a demo?

What other competitive products are there in the market?
Agiloft covers a wide range of product areas and there are different primary competitors in each area. For example, we compete with SalesForce in CRM and with RightNowWeb in customer support. Our primary differentiators are:
The adaptability of the product
Our support for the Hybrid SaaS model so that customers can use it as a SaaS service or purchase and deploy behind their firewall
Our perfect record of successful implementations.
The area with the least competition is in general business process automation - managing and automating processes that are specific to large companies and do not fit neatly into a well defined category such as customer support or sales. The ability to build a custom application in as little as 25 minutes with Agiloft is not matched by any competitor.
What is the total market size?
What is your historical and predicted growth rate for the next 3 years?
We have grown at 15%-50% in each of the past three years.
With our new emphasis on marketing, we believe that it will be at least 50% per year in the next three years.

We close the sale over 60% of the time with "active" leads. This excludes false leads where the "customer" has no real budget and does not end up buying anything from anybody.
Is there a partner/user community?
Yes, there is an active Forum at our website and we will be launching a Wiki and online chat for customer interactions in Q4 2009
What is current revenue and what % is through manufacturer's reps?
Current sales are a little less than $10M pa, we just started the manufacturer's rep program in Q3 2009
Are there any other restrictions on leads that I may register?
We will not accept leads that have already registered themselves, that have been registered by another representative, or leads for additional sales to our existing customers. However, some of our customers are Fortune 100 companies with multiple independent divisions and we will accept leads from new divisions.
Can I participate if I live outside the USA?
Yes. Agiloft is currently available in English, French, Portuguese, Russian and Chinese. It may be translated to additional languages in 3 weeks if the sales opportunity warrants it.
Do I need a Web site to qualify for the program?
No, anyone can apply for the program. However, Agiloft reserves the right to refuse any individual or company that it believes would bring the company into disrepute, violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right or encourage illegal activity.
